This is a lovely item!
Well-made and feels like good cotton fabric (no label).
Elastic is wide and in great condition.
No size label, but we estimate size 1 to 2. (Tag says '26' but we don't know what that means.) Waist measures 46 cm without stretching the elastic.
One teensy (microscopic!) hole - see if you can see it in the centre of photo 5.
